Darrius Miller "My Old Kentucky Home"
Eloy appears to be a Great Team Member, but for Kentuckians tonight is about Darius Miller.
With the recent challenges Richie has gone through over the past few months I can see Darius taking over the Number 1 position as the most belowved player in UK Basketball history History.
I can remember watching Darius at Rupp areana in a couple of state tournaments. In 1998 when Darius became Mr. Baketball and Mason County won the state tournament, the talk was will the Univeristy of Kentucky offer Darius or Scotty Hopson from Hopkinsville Kentucky a scholarship, or both?
Watching Scotty in the state tournament it was obvious he was a arogant hot dog and Darius was the ultimate team player. It was obvious Darius had the talent to take over the game at any time, but he kept his high school team members active and in the game.
Darius will always be a favorite UK Player and tonight should be an emotional time for the Big Blue Nation.

THE DAY AFTER
Darius Miller led UK in scoring for his last home game with 17 points on 5-9 three point shooting. Miller still has a shot for some history with the Wildcats as he can be the Wildcat ever to win a Kentucky high school championship, a “Mr Basketball” award, and a NCAA Title. Before the game, Miller took the time to talk to a home town Maysville paper and reflect on his career at UK. You can read the story here.
